Quick And Nutritional Casserole

With everyone seeming to have busy schedules as well as finding time to fit grocery shopping into their week, will find that the following recipe can lessen the load with its easy preparation. Chicken is usually something everyone seems to like, and this quick and easy "Chicken Noodle Casserole" will provide not only a easy meal, but nutrition as well.

To prepare this casserole, begin with two chicken breasts and boil them in three cups of water on the stove. Then set the water aside to reserve for later. After the chicken has boiled for about 20 minutes, take it out and proceed to boil one and half cups of spiral pasta in the chickens water. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes and then drain. Set the oven to 350 degrees, shred the chicken breasts and then put the pasta and chicken into a 13x9 baking dish. Take one can of cream of mushroom soup, one can of cream of chicken soup and a can of sweet corn; mix these ingredients into the baking dish with the chicken and pasta, then mix all together in this same pan.

The final touch is potato chips crumbled up and sprinkled over the smoothed out chicken and pasta mix. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. This recipe not only is quick and easy, but it also contains ingredients that may already be in the cupboards. This dish can serve five people easily, and if there are less people the leftovers can be frozen and served another day.
