Canned soup is a versatile ingredient for any cook. A can of soup coupled with a cheese sandwich and a glass of milk will be just fine for the busy family. If your favorite creamed soup is not mushroom you can substitute celery or chicken. You can make delicious cheese rice and chicken dish in about 45 minutes. Just use one can of condensed mushroom soup, one cup water, 1/3 of a cup of uncooked long grain rice, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper and four skinless chicken breasts. First you want to mix the soup, water, rice, pepper and paprika in a two quart shallow baking dish. After that you will top it with chicken and season with additional paprika and pepper.
