Easy 3 Ingredient Meals

Preparing a meal doesn't need to be a big ordeal. You don't need a fully stocked pantry or an hour's worth of free time. Just three ingredients each are all that are needed for a quick appetizer and dinner. Another three can finish off your meal with dessert. Here's how.

First, start with an appetizer of spinach and cheese quesadillas:

You need a package of tortillas, thawed and drained frozen spinach, and shredded Swiss cheese.

Layer spinach and cheese over a tortilla and top with another tortilla. Cook in a pan, flipping once, until the tortilla is lightly browned on both sides and cheese melts. Cut into wedges.

Dinner is just as easy. Try grilled Sweet Turkey Tenders:

You need 2 tbsp honey, 2 turkey tenderloins, and 1/3 cup of your favorite fruit chutney.

Heat your grill or oven to medium high heat. Season your tenderloins with salt and pepper to taste and brush with the honey. Grill or bake approximately 20 minutes, turning once. Tenders are done when juices run clear. Remove from oven and spread with chutney. Serve with leftover spinach from the quesadillas.

Dessert is even easier. Try yummy peanut butter fudge:

You need 2 sticks of butter, one 18 oz. jar of crunchy peanut butter, and a 1 pound box powdered sugar.

Line an 8x8 pan with foil and lightly grease. Melt the butter and stir in the peanut butter until smooth (you may need to do this over low heat). Stir in powdered sugar, then pour into pan and let set. Cut into squares.
